This policy covers the Autodesk® Revit® add-ins published by CYF BIM Studio and this website.

1. Who we are

CYF BIM Studio is the trading name of Che Yu Fang, an independent developer and licensed civil engineer based in Taiwan. You can reach us at cyfang.studio@gmail.com.

2. What our add-ins collect: nothing

Our add-ins run entirely on your computer, inside Autodesk® Revit®. They do not:

collect, transmit or store any personal information;
read or write any file outside the Revit model you are working on;
write settings to your file system or to the Windows registry;
connect to the internet or contact any server;
include analytics, telemetry, crash reporting or advertising.

There is no account to create, no setting to turn off, and no data to opt out of. Everything the add-in does happens in memory and ends when you close the window.

3. Information we receive from the Autodesk App Store

When you download one of our apps, the Autodesk App Store may pass us information about that download, which can include your name, email address and company name.

We use it only to understand how many people use our apps, and to contact you if a serious problem with an app you downloaded comes to light. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with anyone, or add you to a marketing list.

We do not keep our own copy of these records. They remain in the Autodesk App Store publisher portal for as long as Autodesk retains them, and if you want those records changed or removed, please contact Autodesk directly.

How the Autodesk App Store itself handles your data is governed by Autodesk's own privacy statement, not by this policy.

4. Support correspondence

If you email us for support, we keep your message and any files you send only for as long as it takes to resolve the question, and we do not use them for anything else.

Please do not send project files containing confidential or client information. A cut-down sample file that reproduces the problem is usually more useful anyway.

5. This website

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visitor IP addresses for security and operational purposes; see the GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

6. Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it, by emailing cyfang.studio@gmail.com. Because our add-ins collect nothing and we keep no copy of App Store download records, this will normally concern only past support emails.

7. Children

Our products are professional engineering tools and are not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

Any change is posted on this page with a new date at the top. If a change affects how a published app behaves, it will also be noted in that app's release notes.
